Arlesha Amazan is Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development at SC30,Inc—founded by
four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry—where she oversees the brand development of SC30’s owned enterprise programs, initiatives and platforms and the leveraging of influence & IP impact with SC30’s strategic partners.

Formerly at CAASports, the world’s leading entertainment and sports agency, Arlesha was a member of CAA’s Basketball division since 2013, with hybrid roles including Talent Management, Marketing,
Brand Development, Brand Partnership Strategy and Digital Marketing. Throughout her career, she’s
spearheaded athlete ambassador strategy & brokered and managed high-profile partnerships on behalf of clients such as Dwayne Wade, Udonis Haslem and others. Over the years, she’s worked with athletes to build their personal brands while liaising with partners such as Gatorade, Nike,
Amazon, Facebook, American Express, Youtube & more on campaigns and initiatives that involved her client’s likeness.

A true multi-hyphenate, in 2020, Arlesha was recruited by Dwyane Wade to join CAA Amp—a cultural strategy marketing group co-formed between CAA client Dwyane Wade and CAA Brand Consulting—where she served a hybrid role leading Strategy, Innovation, and Brand & Business Development.

Leaning on her expertise in identifying the marketing desires of sports fans & consumers who engage with athletes, leagues & teams, in 2021, Arlesha founded & headed the development of a specialized CAA offering: The H.I.T.S. report—a consumer trends report that helps brands better engage diverse audiences to meet their business and brand solutions.

She began her career in the Sports and Entertainment industry in the Summer of 2010 (also known as “The Big Three” era) in Miami. After working alongside seasoned sports executives and high-profile athletes at the Miami Dolphins, Promotion Football Agency and Wade Enterprises, she dabbled in the world of Marketing & Public Relations, where she promoted well-established lifestyle brands, restaurants & businesses. To this day, she still doesn’t know how she juggles it all! Arlesha
currently lives in Miami, Florida where she enjoys “burning dinner and sipping wine,” watching sports & planning trips across the world.
