Dr. Egheosa Igbinoba

BiographyDr. Egheosa Igbinoba (Dr. E.) is the CEO of Evolution Training and Management Solutions, an education management consulting firm providing program implementation and strategy, project management, research/evaluation, and workforce development services for public and private entities.
Dr. E. is a native of Miami with Nigerian and African-American heritage but spent many years living in the DC area after graduating magna cum laude from the Howard University College of Fine Arts. She earned a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
Following a short time in the non-profit sector, she was a teacher and education leader for 12 years before entering the world of consulting. Dr. E was an award-winning music and Career and Technical Education (CTE)Teacher with DC Public Schools, with a later focus on Business Administration, facilitating learning for scores of students in earning Microsoft Office Specialist and Entrepreneurship and Small Business certifications. In 2015, she made the leap from public school education to consulting, working as a contractor with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, National Office of Job Corps.
In 2018, Dr. E became an entrepreneur, forming her own education consulting firm in Maryland. During this period, before relocating back to Miami in 2019, she managed her company’s Certiport Authorized Testing Center and worked with organizations utilizing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding to provide training and certification services to adult learners.
Today, she serves as a consultant and government contractor providing subject matter expertise, research analysis, and project management services related to Workforce Development, CTE, STEAM, and Business Engagement across several industry sectors with a focus on Tech and Construction trades and specialization in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
She is passionate about education, service, and leadership, and is currently serving as the Chairperson for the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce Education Committee as well as the Vice President for the Miami Chapter of the Black Professionals Network (BPN) Dr. E is an Education Committee member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) and serves with the Miami Tech Coalition - Inclusive Tech Workgroup in addition to the Miami- Dade County Public Schools NAF STEM Advisory Board.
