BiographyAbout Dr. Yvette. Dr. Yvette (Maureen Holmes) is a business professional and entrepreneur who has distinguished herself as an innovative scholar, an accomplished professor, and an insightful business advisor. She is ageless when it comes to her vision, wisdom, and energy - all which have propelled her to business woman stardom. Dedicated to facilitating the growth and evolution of business leader consciousnesses, Dr. Yvette's body of work spans to include global research, television, radio, and stage performances on this topic. As such, executives and thought leaders have turned to Dr. Yvette for enlightenment, finding insight and critical solutions to their unique pressures and organizational challenges. Her book, BYOB8, is an invaluable resource for anyone in search of support on their entrepreneurship or executive leadership journey. Designed as an 8-day crash course, BYOB8 brings together management and marketing concepts to form a framework for leaders to follow and thrive in an ever-changing business environment. Dr. Yvette's commitment to the community is further evident in her appointment to the advisory board of three Florida-based non-profit organizations where she supports the community engagement efforts. She delivered the keynote address at Florida International University's Youth Forum for the 28th Annual MLK Commemorative Celebration. There she was presented the FIU 2019 MLK Award. Outside of her professional roles, Dr. Yvette is a fitness educator who maintains an active lifestyle. With a continued focus on nutrition and cutting-edge wellness practices. With the goal of bringing whole-body wellness resources, specialized content, and exciting events to the community, Dr. Yvette helps professionals on their journey to wellness. She has remixed business, fitness, and brunch to create a fully immersive wellness networking series.
