Roche is a marketer specializing in the fintech industry. She works for TradeStation Group, a Florida-based online brokerage company, as a Senior Brand Manager. She is a founding member of TradeStation’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council. As a strategic brand marketer, she recently worked on bringing The Miami Bull (a futuristic version of New York’s Charging Bull) to life. She’s passionate about inspiring a future where everyone has a seat at the table.

In her early career, she worked in wealth management, focusing on compliance and regulation. She later started her consulting firm to support sales and marketing for advisors.​ While joining TradeStation in 2018, Roche took a keen interest in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance and spearheaded the marketing plan for the launch of TradeStation Crypto in 2019. ​

Roche attributes her success to her desire to keep learning and seeking out new challenges. She is an active crypto trader and invests in tech stocks. Roche loves new experiences, ideating, and exploring cultures. ​

​Roche has over ten years of experience in the brokerage industry. She is a licensed financial services professional and a registered principal. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Business Administration with a Quantitative Analysis Concentration. ​
