He is Principal of 7th Consultant LLC, a Washington, DC advisory firm he founded in 2018, and co-founder of Lola Vision Systems, a dual-use edge-AI compute hardware company building toward first silicon in 2027. Before Lola Vision Systems, Bush managed a $3.5 million P&L and a 22-person team at Trek Bicycle, placing the store top ten of 280 nationally. As Chief Strategy Officer at Mundaly, he built a 77-client waitlist and onboarded 35 clients within two months. He also contributed to a $150 million revenue realignment that carried a public company through its IPO. Bush has spearheaded workforce development and fellowship training programs across a range of institutions. He designed the LVS Fellowship Program at Lola Vision Systems, launched the internship program at Vertex, and led a commercial strategy refresh and organizational learning initiative across 1,100 employees. His workforce design work also spans executive performance coaching for physicians and nurses at Penn Medicine, workforce initiatives at the Department of Health and Human Services, and programming with the Essence of Coaching Foundation. Rebecca P. Beliard, Esq. is an award-winning attorney, public speaker, and Founder and Managing Partner of RPB Law Firm, a boutique practice specializing in business, intellectual property, and entertainment law. Rebecca advises six-, seven-, and eight-figure businesses on the legal and commercial considerations involved in building, scaling, protecting, and positioning their businesses for long-term growth, strategic partnerships, investment, and acquisition opportunities. Her career includes work with leading organizations such as Amazon, Sony Music Entertainment, ViacomCBS, and Akerman LLP, representing Fortune 500 companies and negotiating more than $1 billion in transactions. With a strategic, business-focused approach to legal counsel, Rebecca works with entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, talent, and brands to protect and leverage valuable businesses, brands, and intellectual property. Her work is particularly focused on helping clients navigate the opportunities and legal considerations that arise as businesses grow and as emerging technologies and AI continue to reshape the business landscape. Rebecca has dedicated significant time to advancing professional development, entrepreneurship, and leadership, particularly among emerging professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
