A three-time multimillion-dollar founder, she has built and successfully exited three companies, most notably The LRW Group Global, a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm serving entertainers, athletes, entrepreneurs, and family offices, which was acquired by Tri Star. Throughout her career, Lah has advised on transactions exceeding $10 billion and has stewarded clients from rich to wealthy—across the full spectrum of the entertainment business, from emerging artists building their first businesses to living legends managing complex enterprises and multigenerational wealth. She has worked with legends such as Anita Baker and expansive artist like Sexyy Red. Star athletes such as Taylor Townsend and influencers such as Dede On the Beach. She has worked with fortune 500 companies and one of the highest grossing Indie record labels in the US. Her work goes beyond accounting: she helps clients monetize their talent, structure and scale their businesses, evaluate opportunities, secure music and endorsement deals, develop strategic partnerships and equity positions, and turn today's income into long-term wealth and ownership. A licensed CPA in Florida, Lah has held senior leadership roles at Big Four and top-10 accounting firms and previously served as Miami Entertainment Practice Partner at Prager Metis CPAs. She has been named Billboard's Top Business Manager in 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025, Variety's Business Manager of the Future, Forbes magazine feature and a South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, as well as other prestigious accolades. She is also an Amazon best selling author. Beyond business, Lah is a Founding Board Member and Treasurer of Artz4Life Academy, a nonprofit organization that has served more than 100,000 youth and families, and she leads the annual Lahrealwealth “Art of Giving,” a Miami community-service initiative held during Art Basel. She serves as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant South Florida Chapter President and previously serviced as Chapter President for National Association of Black Accountants South Florida Chapter.
