I’m Black & Prayed Up, I Don’t Need Therapy

The workshop will focus on discussing the importance of mental health, the significance it plays on the overall quality of life, the benefits of attending to mental health, ways to seek help, and how to do more of what currently works. The audience will learn how to make the mental shift and accept help when needed, understand symptoms of mental health illness, be provided strategies to help manage daily stressors, and given resources to seek mental health treatment when needed.
