BiographyAna G. Rodriguez is currently at Florida Power & Light and has been at FP&L for the past 17 years. Ana is currently the Community Relations Specialist for Palm Beach County and External Affairs Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. Ana currently serves on the Henderson Behavioral Health Board of Directors, Pace Center for Girls Palm Beach, Digital Vibez. Ana served on the leadership team and was co-chair of the Identify committee with Emerge Broward. Ana is a member of the Urban League of Broward County and the Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County. Ana has been a mentor for the Girls Rule and Career Bound Programs for Junior Achievement of South Florida. In 2022, she was awarded the Kimberlyn Clark Service Award from the Urban League of Broward County and was recognized by The Florida Panthers Hispanic Excellence. Ana recently was awarded the 2023 Spark Award at the Junior Achievement of South Florida Rose Soiree for her contributions to the community as a young professional and is on the Girl’s Rule Committee for Junior Achievement of South Florida. Ana also is a mentor with Women of Tomorrow in Palm Beach County. Ana also founded her own media firm where she serves as a consultant for brands and artists in the entertainment industry. Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Ana attended American Senior High in Miami and began her career at FPL upon graduation. She is the mother of a 14-year-old daughter Makayla. Ana loves giving back to the community by empowering the youth, women and being an advocate for mental health.
