Founder and CEO of Generational Cure CorpMr. Williams, born and raised in Miami, a graduate of Miami Northwestern senior high school who fell by the wayside of life by allowing his activities in the lifestyle of his hometown of Liberty City to influence him to drop out of FIU shortly after being accepted once he transferred from Florida Memorial University. Mr. Williams has used his adversity to bolster a background in mental health while working in the capacity of therapist and group facilitator in the drug treatment industry for nearly a decade as well as numerous mental health incarceration facilities. Mr. Williams is also an ordained minister and a public speaker. As CEO of Generational Cure, since 2011, Mr. Williams has earned the ongoing support of The Miami Dolphins, The Trayvon Martin Foundation, The City of Miami Gardens, and AT&T, among many other endorsements of the work that he does within the community. Work such as an annual HBCU tour, the annual Black and White Gala "Honoring Extraordinary Youth," an annual mental health workshop as a part of the Father and Son Flag Football Tournament. Generational Cure is an organization that emphasizes the significance of the mental health model of self-awareness within their curriculum and mentoring of youth within low socio-economic communities. Under the guidance of Mr. Williams, Generational Cure has maintained an 88 percent success rate in which youth have completed the mentoring program and graduated high school. He is a proud father of five children and a husband to one lovely wife in Mrs. Shatonya Williams, married June 29th of 2013.
