Cindy Williams-Johnson

Born in Memphis Tennessee, Cindy Williams-Johnson is the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, at Royal Caribbean Group with responsibility for hiring talent for the ships and for Royal’s Private Destinations. She has a passion for talent architecture, operational effectiveness, continuous improvement with coaching and development. Cindy is leading recruitment efforts along with developing strategies with ongoing responsibilities including leadership and governance of all processes and procedures.

Cindy began her career in telecommunications in Memphis working for Time Warner, Warner Brothers than transiting into leadership role with Comcast Cable in Nashville Tennessee. Quickly advancing her career to management/leadership to Corporate America as a Manager of Technical Operations for Dell Computers. It was at Dell Computers she fell in love with the Talent Acquisition space. She has since built an impressive resume of experience and after several years she advanced her career in leadership working for the Coca Cola Company under its Refreshments division in Atlanta Georgia. During her tenure with Coca Cola, she transformed the recruitment team with responsibility for managing and developing all aspects of Talent Acquisition strategies for North America and Canada for Field Operations and Finance. Supporting bulk hiring and large-scale recruitment teams and management of RPO contracts.

Throughout her career Cindy has often cracked the glass ceiling with being the first African American Female to set into leadership roles with transforming companies Talent Acquisition departments.  Cindy holds an Associate Computer Science degree, a Bachelor’s of BS in Organizational Management at Crichton College, in Memphis Tennessee and a Master’s in Organizational Management/HR at University of Phoenix. She is also certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Train-The-Trainer and AIRS Certified.

Cindy is a true Southerner now living in Florida. Her philosophy is to be a champion of values, a people-first commitment which is valuable to coaching, developing, and growing talent which strengthens individuals and a company’s overall performance.

Married to her best friend Billy Johnson who is also from Tennessee. Both love to travel and shop. So, if you need a shopping partner call them, they would love to hang out with you.
