Over the past 20 years, Mrs. Hodges-Gibson has served in many different roles involving real estate. She is a real estate developer, educator, landlord and business professional. She works with many community organizations including but not limited to, the Theodore Roosevelt Gibson Memorial Fund, currently serves on the Advisory Board of Casa Familia and formerly severed on Women’s Business Council for the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Gibson holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, a MM from the University of Miami and a BA from Florida State University and is currently in the process of completing the final steps in securing her State of Florida General Contractors License. Mrs. Hodges-Gibson is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of both, Lemon City Development (LCD) and Lemon City Construction (LCC), Florida State Construction License #CGC1527440, which are full-service South Florida real estate development and construction companies established in 2012. She is also an active angel investor and member of Pipeline Angels and Black Angels Miami. She is a mother of four and currently resides in Coconut Grove, FL with her family.
