Ja’dan Johnson is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneurdesigner and creative with deep experience leading mission-driven organizations tackling complex social issues. He values bringing keen insights, strategy and clarity to complex projects and leveraging the value of the creative process for social good.

Ja’dan started his foray into the world of business and entrepreneurship at the young age of 15 – over the past 8 years: he launched the largest hackathon in the English-speaking Caribbean. He led the largest citizens-driven response project for COVID-19 response, providing critical medical supplies to communities worldwide during the height of the COVID-19 crisis.

Today he continues to wear many hats — most notably as the Founder & Director for Miami Hack Week: a unique web3 focused hackathon positioned to recruit 5000 engineers to Miami & as the Head of Bus Dev and partnerships at Upstream. Ja’Dan is also an equity partner at Wing venture capital – a Silicon Valley-based fund.

The Summit is put on by the Black Professionals Netwok (BPN) a 501C3 social learning organization focused on furthering the goals of our professionals. Our mission is simple – reduce the career achievemnet gap for professionals of color by providing them access to resources and opportunities for their overall success.
