Kareem Brantley

Builder and real estate developer Kareem T. Brantley is the principal-in-charge of Integral’s Florida Division. Integral is a private global real estate development, investment, construction and management firm that operates Internationally and in several states and cities throughout the United States. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the company’s development efforts span community development, commercial real estate development and real estate investment.
Prior to leading the Florida Division for Integral, Kareem transitioned from engineering to real estate development in 2004, beginning with the development of single-family homes. A once in a generation market cycle led to the formation of a private group to acquire and reposition distressed multi-family properties. That experience led to new construction multi-family development opportunities. These early experiences helped to build competencies that have added to a skill set of project implementation, financial forecasting and modeling, site plan layout and design, and negotiation.
In 2021, Mr. Brantley formed a joint venture with Integral to pursue commercial real estate opportunities and community development real estate projects in Florida. Integral established a local Florida office in Miami-Dade and focuses on opportunities throughout Florida and the Caribbean. Kareem holds a graduate degree from Florida International University in finance and an undergraduate degree from the Herbert
Wertheim College of Engineering. Kareem attained a CFA Charter from the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute in 2011. Kareem is a fourth generation Floridian and a native of Miami, Florida.
