Kim Miller

Kim Miller is in her first season with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium as Vice President of human resources with responsibility for all HR functions and oversight for diversity and inclusion.

Previously Miller served as the Vice President of Programs for RISE, a national nonprofit with a mission to educate and empower the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice and improve race relations. During her time at RISE, she spearheaded the development and implementation of a national program recognized by ESPN with the Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Aware in 2017 and Sports Humanitarian Corporate Community Award in 2019. Prior to joining RISE, Kim held human resources roles with Target Corporation and later worked as a management consultant with a focus on talent and organizational performance.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University, where she also ran cross country.
