She developed Coaching as a Service (CaaS) to democratize access to executive coaching for all using a B2B2C model two-sided marketplace that provides a free automated global platform for all multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary experts as coaches to easily upload their profiles and materials to democratize access and monetize their knowledge and experience. Dr. Sarah Haynes represents a unique intersection as a CEO, licensed cross-culturally trained behavioral clinical psychologist (Ph.D.), international tech operator, Venture Partner/Investor, tenured professor, and philanthropist, with noteworthy achievements in sectors that span tech startups, behavioral health, academic and more.
