Dr. Whitney Watkins is a higher education professional with over ten years of experience in the field, with decorated experience working in areas of residential life, student leadership development, TRIO grant-funded programs, dual enrollment, and faculty appointment. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University, Master’s of Science in Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University, and her Doctorate in Education in Higher Education and Policy Studies from the University of Central Florida.

Thus, Dr. Watkins understands the expansiveness of higher education work. She has also taught and developed curriculum at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and thoroughly enjoys exchanging ideas with and offering assistance to students. Dr. Watkins is also an adjunct faculty member for the Alder Graduate School in Minnesota and teaches a professional writing course. Dr. Watkins is a published author, with several articles targeting higher education and underrepresented student populations in refereed scholarly journals.

Further, Dr. Watkins is the Owner and Chief Editor of Top Notch Editing Services, LLC. This business offers document editing and writing help services to scholars and professionals. Dr. Watkins has a robust passion for helping others hone and improve their writing skills and for improving academic and professional works to contribute to individuals’ overall successes.
