The Institute of Exceptional AlignmentDomonique Worship is the Founder and CEO of The Institute of Exceptional Alignment, a leadership development firm that partners with organizations to help high-achieving professionals sustain excellence, expand their impact, and build careers and lives that work for them over the long term. As an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor, Domonique partners with Fortune 500 companies and leading law firms globally on executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives. Her work explores the hidden costs of perfectionism and the beliefs and behaviors that can make achievement increasingly difficult to sustain as leaders rise. Before founding the Institute, Domonique served as Senior Associate Counsel and Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at the National Basketball Association (NBA), and practiced corporate law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Her own career across law, sports, and executive leadership informs her work helping ambitious professionals navigate high-performance environments with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust. Domonique holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Florida. She is an ICF-certified coach trained through the Co-Active Training Institute.
